Itinerary

Day 1: Journey from shimla to Chitkul/Sangla (238 km / 8 hrs)
  • Day 0: Report at Meeting point by 9:00 PM.
  • Day 0: Overnight Journey by Volvo Bus from Delhi to Shimla.
  • Day 1: Upon your arrival in Shimla, meet the representative who will brief you about the tour and transfer you to Chitkul, the last inhabited village before the Indo-China border. 
  • Take a short break at Narkanda and after freshening up and breakfast, drive towards Chitkul- 'Last Abode of India'.
  • On the way, get mesmerized by the stunning views of Sangla and Kinnaur Valley. Drive through the gateway of Kinnaur to reach the famous - Chitkul, last village towards the China border.
  • Upon reaching check into the hotel and freshen up.
  • Have a hearty chit-chat with the fellow travelers around warm bonfire and
  • enjoy the dinner. Overnight at Chitkul.
Day 2: Chitkul to kalpa (70 km/ 2-3 Hours)
  • Wake up early in the morning and get mesmerized by the beautiful sunrise.
  • Post breakfast, visit the famous 'Hindustan ka Akhri Dhaba' and pay homage to the local Mathi Temple.
  • Later depart for Kalpa. The drive will be 4-5 hours long and you will witness the beautiful views of Baspa river.
  • Upon reaching, check in to the hotel and freshen up. If time permits visit the local monastery and temple in the evening.
  • Dinner and Spend the night in the beautiful Kalpa village overlooking the Kinnaur Kailash mountains.


Day 3: Kalpa - Nako - Tabo (170 km / 5 Hours)
  • Post breakfast and check-out, Drive to Nako - Tabo, located near the Indo-China border in the Trans-Himalayan region. 
  • Enroute visit the famous suicide point and later start your onward journey to Tabo.
  • Pass through the charming Kinnaur Valley and take the Indo-Tibet Highway. See where the Spiti and Sutlej Rivers meet at Khab Bridge.
  • We will be entering Spiti Valley crossing Sumdo and from here we will be visiting Gue Monastery in Gue village famous for a 500 year old mummy which still has its teeths intact and spend some leisure time here.
  • We can visit Nako monastery and Nako lake on the way.
  • Reach Tabo in the evening and have your dinner.
  • Overnight at a hotel in Tabo.


Day 4: Tabo - Kaza (50 km / 2-3 hrs)
  • Wake up early and start your day with a healthy breakfast.
  • Post that, we will drive towards Dhankar.  Dhankar monastery is situated among rocky spurs and is said to be 1000 years old. Visit Dhankar monastery.
  • Visit Pin valley, it is the only green national park located in this cold desert area and get a chance to spot some endangered Himalayan animals.
  • Reach Kaza in the evening and check into your hotel/homestay. Evening is free for leisure.
  • Dinner and overnight at Kaza.


Day 5: Kaza - langza - Hikkim - komik – Kaza
  • Wake-up early in the morning, After breakfast, get ready for a full day excursion of Spiti Valley.
  • Visit the village of the Buddha statue and get awestruck by its beauty.
  • Drive to the highest motorable road village in the world- Komic and visit the famous Tang Gyud monastery, next stop is Hikkim and from here send a postcard from 'Highest Post Office' in the World to your loved ones.
  • Back to Kaza by evening, Dinner and overnight stay in Kaza
Day 6: Kaza - Chincham Bridge - Key - Chandratal (100 km/4 hrs)
  • Wake up early and after having breakfast, leave for beautiful crescent shaped Chandratal Lake.
  • Enroute visit Asia's highest suspended bridge- Chi Cham Bridge and stop at the oldest monastery in Spiti Valley- Key Gompa Monastery.
  • In the afternoon reach Chandratal, the lake is overlooked by the mountains on one side and a cirque on the other.
  • Check in to the campsite near Chandratal. Dinner and overnight in camps under the gaze of milky way Galaxy


Day 7: Chandratal – Manali
  • Post breakfast we will start our journey back to Manali through Kaza Road.
  • Enroute take a pit stop at the famous Chacha Chachi Dhaba.
  • On the way, we will be crossing Atal tunnel and pass through some stunning landscape to reach Manali by afternoon.
  • After some leisure time at cafes in Manali, we will be boarding an evening volvo to Delhi.
  • Overnight journey to Delhi.


Day 8: Morning Arrival at Delhi
  • Arrive early morning at Delhi
  • Plan your return journey after 9-10 am from Delhi

Booking policy:


  • Booking shall be confirmed once received part/full payments.
  • 30% advance amount while confirmation.
  • 70% balance amount minimum 14 days prior to trip date.


Cancellation policy:


  • 100% refund 28 days prior to trip date exclusive of GST.
  • 30% cancellation charges if cancellation done between 28 to 14 days prior or Full amount can be transferred to any of our upcoming event in next 2 month, but cannot be transferred to another participant.
  • 70% cancellation charges if cancellation done between 14 to 7 days prior or 50% amount can be transferred to any of our upcoming event in next 2 month, but cannot be transferred to another participant.
  • Fees are neither refundable nor transferable if cancellation done, less than 7 days prior to the event date.
