Itinerary

Day 1: Arrival at Guwahati – Transfer to Shillong via Umiam Lake
  • Pickup from Guwahati Airport 
  • Drive to Shillong (approx. 3-4 hours).
  • En route stop at Umiam Lake (Barapani) – a picturesque man-made reservoir surrounded by forested hills.
  • Take photos and enjoy the serene landscape.
  • Continue to Shillong, check-in at homestay/hotel.
  • Evening at leisure – explore local cafes or take a stroll nearby.
  • Overnight stay in Shillong


Day 2: Shillong – Dawki – Mawlynnong (Nature & Culture)
  • Early breakfast and drive to Dawki (approx. 2.5 hrs)
  • Visit the Umngot River – known for its crystal-clear waters. Enjoy a scenic boat ride.
  • Visit the Indo-Bangladesh border viewpoint.
  • Proceed to Mawlynnong, the Cleanest Village in Asia
  • Explore the village and interact with locals
  • Visit the Single Living Root Bridge – an engineering marvel made from tree roots
  • Stop by the beautiful Borhill Waterfalls
  • Evening free to enjoy village ambiance or sunset view over Bangladesh plains.
  • Overnight stay in Mawlynnong
Day 3: Mawlynnong – Cherrapunji (Full-Day Sightseeing)
  • Breakfast and depart for Cherrapunji (approx. 3 hrs)
  • On the way and in Cherrapunji, visit:
  • Mawkdok Dympep Valley Viewpoint – deep green valleys and photo spots
  • Garden of Caves – lesser-known natural caves and waterfalls
  • Wah Kaba Falls – a dramatic seasonal waterfall
  • Seven Sisters Waterfall – famous multi-tiered fall
  • Nohkalikai Falls – tallest plunge waterfall in India
  • Mawsmai Cave – explore natural limestone formations
  • Eco Park – scenic views overlooking Bangladesh plains
  • Overnight stay in Cherrapunji
Day 4: Cherrapunji – Nongriat Trek – Shillong (Adventure Day)
  • Early morning departure for Nongriat village (base point: Tyrna)
  • Start the Nongriat Trek: Trek ~3,500 steps one way through forested terrain
  • Visit the famous Double Decker Living Root Bridge
  • Optional dip in natural pools near the bridge
  • Return to base by evening (the trek takes ~5-7 hours total)
  • Drive back to Shillong and relax.
  • Overnight stay in Shillong


Day 5: Shillong – Guwahati Drop
  • After breakfast, check-out from your stay.
  • Visit local markets (if time permits) or directly head to Guwahati (approx. 3-4 hrs)
  • Tour ends with beautiful memories.

  • Booking shall only be confirmed once received Part/full payments in advance
  • 30% advance amount while confirmation
  • 70% balance amount minimum 3 days prior to departure date
Cancellation Policy
  • 100% refund 14days prior to departure date, exclusive of GST.
  • 30% cancellation charges if cancellation done between 14 to 3 days prior to departure date or full amount can be transferred to any of our upcoming short event in next two month. It cannot be transferred to another participant.
  • 70% cancellation charges if cancellation done between 3 to 1 days prior to departure date or 50% amount can be transferred to any of our upcoming short event in next two month. It cannot be transferred to another participant.
  • Fees are neither refundable nor transferable if cancellation done, less than 1 day prior to event date.
