Booking Policy

• Booking shall only be confirmed once received part/full payments
• 30% advance amount while confirmation
• 70% balance amount minimum 14 days prior to trip date

Cancellation Policy

• 100% refund 28days prior to trip date exclusive of GST and Train/flight ticket cancellation charges
• 30% cancellation charges if cancellation done between 28 to 14 days prior or Full amount can be transferred to any of our upcoming event in next 2 month, but cannot be transferred to another participant
• 70% cancellation charges if cancellation done between 14 to 7 days prior or 50% amount can be transferred to any of our upcoming event in next 2 month, but cannot be transferred to another participant
• Fees are neither refundable nor transferable if cancellation done, less than 7 days prior to event date

Inclusions:

• Hotel accommodation X 2 Day (Stay on a triple or quad sharing basis in a homestay).
• Camp Stay X 3 Days (Quad or Triple sharing).
• Certified Trek Guide.
• Trek Staff and helpers.
• Travel from Rishikesh/Delhi (as per the package).
• Meals as per package - only during trek (breakfast, lunch & dinner).
• Transport as per package (Ertiga, Bolero, Tempo Traveler or similar).
• All toll tax, parking, fuel and driver allowances. 

Exclusions:

• GST.
• All items of a personal nature & anything not mentioned under ‘Inclusions’.
• Any entry fees anywhere if not mentioned in the ‘Inclusions’ Porter, pony, horse, cable car, boat, train & air tickets charges.
• All personal expenses, optional tours and extra meals that are not specified.
• Travel Insurance, Medical Insurance, Laundry charges, Mineral Water & Telephone charges.
• The AC in the transport vehicle would be turned OFF when the hill area starts.
• No misbehavior whatsoever will be entertained.
• Any sightseeing not mentioned in the itinerary or inclusions may attract extra charges.

• There is a certain level of unpredictability, uncertainty and discomfort associated with any Tours/Trips/Adventure/Outdoors activity. Things may not go as planned. Organizers/ Leaders/Associated members and Representatives of Deja-vu tours have power to take decisions in favour of each participant.
• Instructions and rules have been adopted for the safe enjoyment of the activity and I agree to adhere to those regulations mentioned or instructed during the event.
• Smoking or drinking alcohol, indulging in drugs or doing anything that leads to intoxication is restricted during any activities that involve risks. We do not encourage it to do the same anywhere else.
• Any inconvenience created for fellow participants, organizers, respective owners of the property or locals in terms of intentional delays, property damage, vehicle damage, abuse or misbehave may lead to termination of participation.
