The Gangotri – Yamunotri Tour is a spiritual Himalayan journey covering two of the sacred shrines of the revered Char Dham Yatra in Uttarakhand. This 5-day trip takes travelers through scenic mountain valleys, sacred rivers, ancient temples, and beautiful Himalayan villages.


The journey begins from Delhi and passes through spiritual towns like Haridwar, before heading into the Garhwal Himalayas. Pilgrims will visit the sacred Yamunotri Temple, the origin shrine of the Yamuna River, and the holy Gangotri Temple, where the Ganga River is worshipped in its pure Himalayan form.


The trip includes short scenic treks, visits to hot water springs, peaceful Himalayan villages like Harsil Valley, and sacred temples such as Kashi Vishwanath Temple. Arrival in Delhi/Haridwar from your hometown. Travelers can explore the city on their own before the trip begins.

The group will assemble at the pickup point near Kashmiri Gate at 11:00 PM and depart for the Himalayan region.

Overnight journey towards Barkot via Haridwar.

Stay: Overnight Journey

After breakfast en route, continue the scenic drive through the hills of Uttarakhand.

Visit the ancient Lakha Mandal Temple, a historically significant temple dedicated to Lord Shiva.

By afternoon reach Barkot / Janki Chatti, check in to the hotel and relax for the day.

Meal: Breakfast & Dinner

Early morning drive towards Janki Chatti, the starting point for the trek to Yamunotri Temple.

Begin the scenic 5 km trek to the temple and seek blessings at the sacred shrine.

Visit the natural hot water spring near the temple and enjoy the peaceful surroundings.

After darshan, trek back and return to Barkot for dinner and overnight stay.

  • 100% refund 28days prior to trip date exclusive of GST and Train/flight ticket cancellation charges
  • 30% cancellation charges if cancellation done between 28 to 14 days prior or Full amount can be transferred to any of our upcoming event in next 2 month, but cannot be transferred to another participant
  • 70% cancellation charges if cancellation done between 14 to 7 days prior or 50% amount can be transferred to any of our upcoming event in next 2 month, but cannot be transferred to another participant
  • Fees are neither refundable nor transferable if cancellation done, less than 7 days prior to event date
