About

Aadi Kailash is believed to be a replica of Mount Kailash in Tibet. Here, one can witness the enchanting Parvati Lake and the sacred Gauri Kund at the foot of Aadi Kailash.

It holds significant religious value for Hindus, Jainism, Buddhism as well as the people belonging to Bon Po and is known for its association with Lord Shiva and Goddess ParvatiThe place has a high religious value due to its Puranic and religious context.

Om Parvat is a majestic mountain in the Himalayan range located in the Pithoragarh district of Uttarakhand, India. Om Parvat is known for its unique rock formation that resembles the sacred Hindu symbol ‘Om’ (ॐ) when viewed. The Shiva Puran describes that OM originated before the universe’s formation. In Pauranic texts and folklore, it is said that there are eight hidden natural OM symbols in the world, with one being visible in the form of OM Parvat from Nabidhang.
